Therapeutic

Prevent or treat injuries, stop headaches, relieve pain, restore motion, improve flexibility, recover from workouts faster or reduce tension. Therapeutic massage uses a combination of techniques that may include trigger point, myofascial release, neuromuscular, Swedish, instrument assisted massage, Lomi Lomi or other methods to achieve your massage goals.

Cupping

Vacuum cupping uses suction to lift tissue as the cup is moved by the therapist to decompress underlying tissue. Cupping aids in promoting blood flow and increased blood circulation to muscles and tissues and reduces tension and inflammation.

Sports or Recovery

For athletes and folks that love to workout. This type of massage improves range of motion, helps to shorten recovery time between workouts, prevents over-training and can prevent or treat injuries. This is typically a deeper, faster paced massage.

Pediatric Massage

Research has shown that massage therapy can ease both physical symptoms as well as, emotional discomforts associated with pediatric medical conditions.

Massage can also help student athletes perform better and prevent injury.

*Parent or guardian must remain on premises for the duration of the massage. For children under 14 parent must remain in the treatment room for the duration of the massage.

Pre & Post Natal

Pre & Post Natal Massage soothes nerves and relieves strained back and leg muscles. Massage helps to stimulate soft tissue to reduce edema or swelling of the joints during pregnancy. Pregnancy massage is especially beneficial in the second and third trimesters when the extra weight can put a strain on your low back, sciatic nerve and legs. During your massage, the therapist will make sure your body gets the cushioning and support it needs using pillows and special bolstering techniques. The therapist knows how to address specific pregnancy needs and is trained to be aware of sensitive pressure points on the body. Massage therapy can be incorporated into your routine prenatal care. Always consult your health care provider before beginning any new therapeutic practice.
